Non-profit organization seeking a self-motivated, organized, and accountable individual interested in economic development, business growth and development, and community relations. This position will provide overall office support, and assist in developing project deliverables. Ideal candidates will have a desire to develop skills and ability to quickly learn new technology. Sensitivity to detail with excellence in accuracy will be critical to job performance success. Responsibilities would include assist with projects and work directly with the Administrative Assistant, President & CEO, and Board. This includes handling administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and phones. More specifically, assisting in creating marketing content, social media content, organizing events, attending events, providing resources and customer service to HCCL members, maintaining and updating web-site & more.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office products is required
Proficiency in Adobe products for document creation and graphic design is a plus.
Writing, editing, and time management skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Fluent in Spanish is required
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Able to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
