Celebrated New Orleans Chef Juan Lock of
Tito’s Ceviche & Pisco will prepare his favorite and most famous Peruvian dishes and drink recipes. Chef Juan will present four recipes: a Pisco Sour, Ceviche Criollo, a Causa de Cangrejo, and a Pisco Punch, and will give you step-by-step instruction on how to make them at home.

Media Personality, Isis Casanova will share historical anecdotes and short stories of these Peruvian cuisine delights enhancing his demonstrations.
